Affectionately coined Faith Hill since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Bootcamp style workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 45 minute beatdown.
The lightning cleared and the rain held as 10 insane people got after it.
Started out w 5 core principles and right into a Chelsea. 3 moves, every minute on the minute. 10 merkins, 10 bent over rows, 10 big boys. For 10 rounds.
Then we got serious.
Created an ad lib track in parking lot. Point A was upper body, point b was abs. There were pairs of exercises to be done in counts of 5,10,15
So we started w blockees, did our 5, ran to point B, 5 leg lifts. Back to point A for 10 blockees. Did this until time.
Had an FNG from WAco so we named him Koresh
