Affectionately coined Faith Hill since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Bootcamp style workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 45 minute beatdown.

The Thang:
Well what I thought were simple instructions didn’t pan out that way but here’s what was intended.
Start on goal line bear crawl 10 yds
10 Burpees
Bear Crawl 10 yds in between each
20 Mt Climbers
30 Merkins
40 Squats
Then back down to the other goal line. After 1 run through drop the highest and bear crawl the distance in between.
Moleskin: Well I suck at instructions but all got a good workout in. Also who paints lines on a football field 20 yards short… dumb….
