Affectionately coined Faith Hill since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Bootcamp style workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 45 minute beatdown.

The Thang,
10 Exercises, 10 reps of each exercise then run a lap around Northview High School. After running a lap pax would drop one exercise and do exercises 1-9, then run another lap and do exercises 1-8 and so on.
