Workout: With a Little Help From My Friends
Date: 1-15-20
Location: Field of Dreams – Rolf Park – Maumee, OH

F3 – Fitness, Fellowship, Faith
Mission –Plant, grow and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership.
The core principles of F3 are that it must:
• Be free of charge
• Be open to all men
• Be held outdoors, rain or shine, heat or cold
• Be led by men who participate in the workout in a rotating fashion, with no training or certification necessary. You versus you. Modify or stop an exercise if you need to. The most important thing is that nobody gets hurt.
• End with a Circle of Trust
Warm Up:

Named by Stark due to being deputy mayor to Carty Finkbeiner. Has made true friendships through F3. Had kind words for YHC. Thanks Huck for your leadership and mentorship! Announcements – Wood County Plays Inclusive Playground F3 Fundraiser March 14th at Greystone in Perrysburg featuring Skittle Bots, adults beverages, food, raffle, games, etc. Q School this Saturday at The Commons beginning at 6:30. Leadership ruck beforehand at 5:30. Breakfast with Q School presentation at Scramblers at 7:45. Prayers for Bambi’s family, for PAX dealing with sickness, injuries, motivation, etc.
Moleskin/Spreadsheet from the Gloom:
• 30 degrees, calm. Gloomy to being workout but clear at finish.
• Beatles soundtrack made sense on paper, but maybe not the best music for a beatdown.
