    Start Workout. Goal is to keep our heart rates up the entire time. Mosey to first location, circle up, mosey

    Round 1: Cadence/Workout
    Stop 1: Side Straddle Hops, Saplings (Trees with side stretch), Peter Parker Kickers
    Stop 2: 10 pull ups, 20 merkins, 30 Bobby Hurleys, 40 Freddie Mercuries
    Stop 3: Absolutions, Harry Rockettes (standing toe touches),

    Round 2: Perfect Squares Partner Work

    Count off to get into pairs. While one does the small square, other partner does the big square. If you finish before your partner, you must hold plank and cheer on your partner.

    Round 3 if time permits

    Tag or Advantage Race.

    Small 16ftx16ft square
    Bear Crawl Merkins (two steps with hands then merkin)
    Broad Jump
    Dragon Walk (moving Peter Parkers)
    Seal Crawl (bear crawl but drag legs like a seal)
    Ape Hops
    ***Do 2 V ups at each cone

    Large 36ft x 36ft square
    High Knees
    Skiers with speed punches (hop forward going side to side, move the hips and punch!)

    ****Do 5 Merkins at each cone
