What the ruck is a ruck? A hike with a weighted backpack (approx 30 lbs) while stopping along the brisk walk to do some invigorating exercise. Excellent 1st F (fitness) and 2nd F (fellowship). If an FNG (Friendly New Guy) is a bit timid to post for a workout the ruck is a great intro to the pax.
Run Willie, Run

We combined with the Ruckers for the circle. We did the F3 mission statement and Core Principles. After that we split into Ruck and run groups. Pax in the run group were:

We took off south down Fort Meigs Road. Road and sidewalks were clear, but wet at times. We ran all the way to the Levi’s Commons roundabout and then turned around to run back to the Fort. When we got back to the fort we ran a bit further down River Road in order to hit five miles. We turned around at a street and returned for the Circle of Trust. We ran a total of 5.33 miles. We combined again with the ruckers and did count-o-rama. The six was an FNG. We had two FNGs total. Amdeus was EHed by Hazmat and Baka Laka was EHed by Flo. We ended with Prayers.
Keep on Ruckin
