What the ruck is a ruck?  A hike with a weighted backpack (approx 30 lbs) while stopping along the brisk walk to do some invigorating exercise. Excellent 1st F (fitness) and 2nd F (fellowship). If an FNG (Friendly New Guy) is a bit timid to post for a workout the ruck is a great intro to the pax.

Jennay started the morning off with the F3 Mission Statement, Core Values and the Disclaimer followed by a Counterama.

We found ourselves at 13 PAX.
9 PAX to Ruck, led by the fill in Q Haz-Mat.
And 4 PAX to run led by the Run Q Jennay.

As the 9 PAX set out to ruck we noticed this would be an icy endeavour and we would need to proceed with caution. We headed down River Road and through the Cemetery went over the Maumee river bridge and then turned around at 5:56 a.m. to head back. We arrived back at base camp with the original 9 intact and feeling ready for the day ahead. We got in just under 3 miles.

The 9 PAX on the ruck,
Huckleberry, Buttermaker, Flo, Tupac, Huffy, Amadeus, Ponzi, Casper and the Q- Haz-Mat.

We arrived back at around 06:24 in a COT, did a Count O Rama Flo was the six. Ended with announcements and prayer.

Prayer we are still hearing of families now and old battling with cancer. We prayed for a cure and also for the Stark family losing their Grandmother.

It was an honor to fill in for an HIM like Bambi who I have reverent respect for as a man and leader. Looking forward to seeing you all in the gloom tomorrow!
