Heart Rate Trail
Q: Ticket
PAX: Jimmy Dean,Ollie, Sipe, Pinewood, Cogsworth, Smails, Jeter, Ticket
8 PAX got in 3-5 miles on the Wildwood/University Parks Trail. Some turn right at the top of the hill after the bridge for 4.5 miles, some turned left for 5 miles, and YHC had enough at the top of the hill and turned back for 4 miles.
Before we stepped off, YHC ran through the mission and 5 core principles.
Ended in COT. Count-o-Rama, Name-o-rama, announcements, and prayer intentions.
