Workout: Cyber Monday
No FNG’s so right into F3 Mission and Core Principles:
F3 – Fitness, Fellowship, Faith
Mission –Plant, grow and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership.
The core principles of F3 are that it must:
• Be free of charge
• Be open to all men
• Be held outdoors, rain or shine, heat or cold
• Be led by men who participate in the workout in a rotating fashion, with no training or certification necessary. You versus you. Modify or stop an exercise if you need to. The most important thing is that nobody gets hurt.
• End with a Circle of Trust
The “Thang”: Warm up of 25 four count side straddle hops and one lap around the Levis Commons clocktower courtyards. Then onto the beatdown of:
(50) One is One Imperial Walkers
(40) Air Squats
(30) Dips
(20) Merkins
(10) Burpees
Run a lap around the clocktower courtyards. Repeato until time is called.
Ended with:
Count-O-Rama – Three
Name-O-Rama
Sharing of the six – Geppetto. EH’d by Colonel three times before finally coming out. Always had the standard excuses, not in good enough shape, etc. Continue to post for the accountability and brotherhood.
Announcements – Holiday party on December 8th. Change of evening day and time to Tuesdays at six PM, still at Levis Commons clocktower.
Ball of Man – Prayers for Flo’s friend Jeff and his successful surgery. Continue to watch over him and heal him. Prayers for the stresses of the holiday season and that we all remember the true meaning of Christmas. Amen.
