Bootcamp style workout. Group will meet at the Clock Tower on Levis Commons Blvd. The Clock Tower is located in the traffic circle near Funny Bone Comedy Club. Also a great night for some fellowship. The PAX typically head out for some second F at one of the nearby establishments.

    We started the Beatdown with Count-O-Rama. Then we Mosied over to the field. We had exercises setup in four corners of the field. We started in corner one and did one exercise from each corner and then ran to the next corner. Corner 1 was 36 Reps (Jerome Bettis), corner 2 was 32 reps (Franco Harris), corner 3 was 39 reps (Willie Parker), and corner 4 was 30 reps (James Conner). On the second lap we did the second exercise listed at each corner. We completed 3 full rounds before the skies opened up and the lightning chased us to Tequilas. We did the six (Thai Guy), named our FNG Lambert after the Steelers great Jack Lambert, and the Circle of Trust at Tequilas.

    Corner 1: 36 Reps
    Round 1: Merkins
    Round 2: Squats
    Round 3: Side Straddle Hops- 2 is 1

    Corner 2: 32 Reps
    Round 1: Burpees
    Round 2: American Hammers- 2 is 1
    Round 3: Imperial Walker- 2 is 1

    Corner 3: 39 Reps
    Round 1: Jump Squat
    Round 2: Lieutenant Dan’s- 3 is 1
    Round 3: Hand Release Merkins

    Corner 4: 30
    Round 1: Burpees
    Round 2: Merkins
    Round 3: Burpees
