Jog warm up about third of a mile.
ALARM clock workout. What does an alarm clock mean when it goes off? It’s time to get up and go! ALARM acronym.
A = Abs
L = Legs
A = Arms
R = Run
M = Merkins
Six total sets of ALARM. All on your own. 15 reps of one exercise (except run) in each category. Run was same third mile loop as warm-up.
A – Big Boys, Klinger Kicks, LBC’s, Toe Traces (lay on back with feet together and trace 1-10 in air w toes), American Hammers (2:1), Inch Worms
L – Squats, Calf Raises, Jump Squats, Ice Skaters (2:1), Side Lunging Squats (2:1), Broad Jumps
A – Air Press, Caroline Dry Docks, Dips (on bench), Arm Raises – front (3:1), Arm Raises – side (3:1), Horizontal Claps (3:1) – work those shoulders!
R – Run – same loop each round
M – Regular Merkins, Hand Release, Diamond, Wide, Military, Peter Parkers
Deep Squat until 6 has completed.
10-count rest before next set.
Wild Sprayer was the 6, apparently has been several times recently – after a cold spell for a few months. HE shared great perspective on ticking with it. He remembers his first beat down. There was one other FNG that day who has not since returned to the gloom. How easy it could have been his outcome as well… But he’s grateful for the consistency – made easy with such a great group of guys.
Prayers up for patience and Juices wife expecting any day now – she was due on the 29th! Several PAX expecting as well – The Situation, Dory, and a few others.
