Affectionately coined Mount Doom since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Weight training workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 60 minute beatdown.

Pax: Smails, Speedo, Walleye, Gasman, Boo-Boo, Gadget, Hamm, Mailman, Brute, Sideshow, Dirty, Ticket, Jake the snake.
Warm up: 15 SSH in cadence, mosey and do 40 dips on the guardrail.
Mosey some more of course because I like it…. Then 21 Merkins. And then of course have a mosey back to the front of beautiful Mt Doom.
The Thang
7 reps of
Peter Parker Burpee (in cadence mind you)
Jump Squats
Pull ups
Hanging leg lifts
Air press (2:1)
Stump Huggers
Run down the hill to that big tree near the river and run back up. repeato of the same exercises but 6 reps each.
We always started with the Peter Parker Burpee (Cadence)
Run down the hill
5 reps of each exercise -> run down the hill. 4 reps >run…. All the way down to 1 rep.
After this was completed we circled up and with various weights did American Hammers 6 reps then passed the weights to our left until Simmons got tired and called time.
