Affectionately coined Mount Doom since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Weight training workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 60 minute beatdown.

    There was drizzle, and some thunder and lightning in the distance. But, that didnt stop 3 HIM from joining YHC at Mt. Doom to Put in the Work. YHC ran thru the 5 core principles, mission, and credo and got the PAX warmed up.

    10 Arm Circles forward & 10 back
    10 Tappy Taps
    15 Windmills
    15 SSH

    We went for a quick warm up mosley and returned to the top of the hill for Tha Thang. There were 4 stations with exercises at each. After putting in the work at each station, PAX ran to the wildcat, did 3 burpees, and ran back to the top of the hill for the next station.

    Station 1
    5 Pull ups
    5 Lunges (2 is 1)
    5 American Hammers (4 is 1)

    Station 2
    10 Block Swings
    10 Curls
    10 Overhead Press
    10 Crunchy Frogs

    Station 3
    15 Merkins
    15 Block Squat
    15 Gas Pumps

    Station 4
    20 Side Straddle Hops (4-is-1)
    20 Plank Jack Shoulder Taps (2-is-1)
    20 Big Boys

    After we completed a round, the PAX ran behind the school to the rock on Silica and back to the top of the hill.

    We started another round of stations and got thru station 3 before we ran out of time.

    Finished with COT – COR, NOR, and a prayer. It was an honor to lead this group of HIM.
