Affectionately coined Mount Doom since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Weight training workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 60 minute beatdown.

45 minutes of non-stop motion in the spirit of the legend Dan Gable. Ran the NV loop 2.5 times including burpees, merkins and big boy situps. Also, did two songs worth of hill repeats including merkins and big boys at the bottom of the hill.
