Affectionately coined Mount Doom since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Weight training workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 60 minute beatdown.
A BIT OF EVERYTHING
Weather: It was nice.
PAX: Gadget, Hamm, Cratchit, Jake the Snake, Wall-E, Hedgehog (6), Goose, Trojan, Simmons, Ollie, Bagels, Pinewood (Q)
Circled up at 0630 for the 5CPs, Credo and Mission of F3. Warmed up with arm circles, michael phellps, leg stretches then some SSH. Split the PAX up in to 3 groups just to get some space between workouts – 1’s started at Round 1, 2’s at Round 2 and 3’s at Round 3. This was an OYO workout and you did not have to stick with your group.
THE THING:
There were three rounds of different exercises:
Round 1:
5x Pull-ups, 10x Curls
10x Pull-ups, 20x Curls
15x Pull-ups, 30x Curls
Run down to the stop sign, do 10 Mtn. Climbers and then do the next round.
Round 2: Squats and OHP (same rep counts as Round 1)
Round 3: Burpees and Calf Raises (same rep count as previous rounds)
Repeato as time allows.
About 25min in Bring Sally came on the speaker (planned!) so PAX stopped what they were doing and we did Sallys for a break. Once the song was over we picked up where we left off.
At the end we did ab work, 25 reps of: in-and-outs, forward and reverse bicycles, V-ups, and then leg climbs. Circled up around 0710 for CoR, NoR and the 6.
