Affectionately coined Mount Doom since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Weight training workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 60 minute beatdown.

    15 SSH
    15 4:1 Klinger Kicks

    The Thang
    Indian Run to the Tennis Courts
    Indian Plank holds with a merkin or performing a squat around the tennis court
    Mosey a bit more to the next spot.
    We did 9s.
    1 Crunchy Frog: 8 Curbside merkins -> 2 Crunchy frogs 7 Curbside merkins etc with running in between.
    Mosey back to the pull up bars and Partner up.
    1 partner does pull ups whilst the other does a wall sit doing Air presses.
    We started at 10 pull ups and worked our way down to one pull up.
    Circle up: with low weight dumbbells we did American Hammers and passed the weights around for the last 5 minutes of the beatdown.
