Affectionately coined Mount Doom since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Weight training workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 60 minute beatdown.

    20 degrees, woke up at 5:05 hurry don’t want to be late. At the end of the street at 5:20 I remembered we start at 6:30 on Saturday.
    Back home coffee and charge my phone.
    6:16 flag posted, weights out tunes prepped.
    SSH x 50 team faded, went to 90
    Squat jump 90 twist to warm up core
    Plank Jack shoulder taps
    Jog the hill
    Partial burpee with dumbbell shoulder press 20
    Skaters
    In cadence w/o getting up
    Merkins 20
    Diamonds 10
    Wide merkins 20
    Run
    Squats 20
    Prison pulses 20
    Back lunge oblique twist with weight 20 -2 is 1
    Run
    3 X through the above. We will get 4 soon!
    5 min plank set – high, elbo, elbo raised legs yes one at a time, side, high, elbo
    Run
    Burpee dumbbell press x 10
    Abs, flutter kicks forever, and cross leg obliques.
