Stations set up as follows with timer being runner down to stop sign and back.
Pull up wide grip
Pull up bars toes to bars or knee ups
Chin up biceps
Pull ups toes to bars or knee ups
Renegade Rows with 15 lb DBs
Wall Balls with 15 lb ball
Slam Balls with 25 lb ball
Klinger kicks while pressing Cinder block
Bent over rows with 60 lb Sandbags
Squats with 50 lb KB on slant board
Curls with 40 lb DB
Plank side drags with 40lb Sandbag
Crunchy Frog with 5lb DB
Gadget with a solid 6
