Affectionately coined Mount Doom since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Weight training workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 60 minute beatdown.
The workout was structured around decisions. You had to choose between 2 workouts (except the burpees, those were mandatory). After you got to the end you repeated and you could choose to do the same workout you did the first time through or switch to the other. These were the choices:
30 merkins or 40 squats, run or plank, 20 Peter Parker or 40 Freddie Mercury, run or plank, 25 big boys or 20 lunges, run or plank, 10 burpees, 15 pull ups or 20 hand release merkins, run or bear crawl, 30 monkey humpers or 50 American hammers, run or bear claw, 2 minute wall sit or 60 mountain climbers, run or bear crawl, 10 burpees.

FNG Eric Arnold was named Garfield because he had adopted an orange cat the night before. Headlocked by Palin.
