Affectionately coined Mount Doom since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Weight training workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 60 minute beatdown.

After into and core principles, we took a warm up jog around front parking lot.
YTC poorly explained what the hell we were doing and demonstrated the manmaker and the Modell – from plank 10 leg alternating leg lifts, 10 knee to opposite elbow, 10 knee to same elbow.
Set up two cones about 40 yds apart and split PAX up 6 and 6 – they would complete 1st exercise listed, then carry coupon to other side and complete second…this pattern would go on until list was finished.
2nd set
Same basic idea but coupons were left at station and you jogged back and forth
3rd set – same as first
