VQ for Bubbles this week with full intent of getting through the 500 reps on his crib sheet.
Started with 5 cores and a very clear disclosure that i am not a professional and to modify if needed
Warmups included Brita baby stepping me through proper announcements and cadence. “First excercise is…”. “Starting position….” “begin, 1,2,3,1…..” “Halt. Recover”
For as many as I’ve been to I never fully appreciated the structure and how challenging it is to lead cadence while actually executing the exercise

Realization that workout on paper is way easier than actual.
Great first experience in q’ing. Learned more than I provided
2nd F followed at diner to start a Saturday as it should. With friends that are family and family that are friends.
