Affectionately coined Mount Doom since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Weight training workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 60 minute beatdown.

After going over the mission of F3 and the 5 core principles, the PAX got to work.
In the COT, prayers were lifted up for those struggling with depression/anxiety and our troops.

THE THANG:
Two teams were formed and each team had to do reps of each exercise followed by a run:
HR Merkins
Big Boys
Squat Jumps
Plank Jacks
Lap around the school
Stump Huggers
Lunges (1 is 1)
Curls
Swings
Run down the hill and back
Each round was 40 reps of the exercises, then 30, then 20, then 10 and ladder back up until time was called.
With 5 minutes to go, we did a plank destroyer.
