Affectionately coined Mount Doom since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Weight training workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 60 minute beatdown.

    Warmup –
    – 20 SSH (4 count, in cadence)
    – 15 Windmills (4 count, in cadence)
    – 20 Imperial Walkers (4 count, in cadence)

    Line up and jump over fence ropes to the south end of Olander. Repeat going back.

    Workout 1 (in cadence):
    – 25 Freddie Mercury (4 count)
    – 25 Klinger Kicks (4 count)
    – 25 Mountain Climbers (4 count)
    – 20 Merkins (4 count)

    Run clockwise around Olander stopping at each corner OYO…
    Turn 1 – 10 Burpees / 10 Big Boy Situps
    Turn 2 – 10 Burpees / 10 Big Boy Situps

    Stop halfway across Lake

    Workout 2 (in cadence)
    – 25 American Hammers (4 count)
    – Run down & up boat ramp
    – 20 Squats (4 count)
    – Run down & up boat ramp
    – 25 Cross Climbers (4 count)
    – Run down & up boat ramp
    – 25 LBCs (4 count)
    – Run down & up boat ramp
    – 10 Lt. Dans (4 count)
    – Run down & up boat ramp

    Continue run clockwise run around Olander

    Turn 3- 10 Burpees / 10 Big Boy Situps
