Affectionately coined Mount Doom since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Weight training workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 60 minute beatdown.

Warm up – jog around wildcat and back
Return to top of parking lot to pair off in groups of two.
1 lap around school – 1st parter lunges 10 steps while other takes off in a jog, after person lunging is done they sprint to catch their partner, the partner that got caught then lunges 10 steps while the other jogs, repeato until groups finish a lap around the school.
Returned to starting position at the top of parking lot and completed merkin countdown with partner
1st partner completed 12 merkins while other waited, then 2nd partner completed 12
then 1st partner completed 11 merkins while other waited, then 2nd partner completed 11
Worked our way down from 12 to 1.
Moseyed to Hill
One partner stayed on top of hill to complete an exerciese while the otehr ran to the bottom of hill and completed 4 worst merkins ever.
