Affectionately coined Mount Doom since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Weight training workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 60 minute beatdown.

    The morning kicked off with F3 principles, a you vs. you affirmation. 1 FNG, courtesy of Simmons, from the Cleveland metropolitan area by way of a Fremont.

    It had been almost a year to the date since my last Q at Mt. Doom and about 8 months since my last post. Barely made it through the 5 principles, but I remembered how the Beatdown worked!

    Ding, Ding, Ding…Let’s get it on!

    Squat Up-Squat Jumps
    Tick-Toc Merkins w Chest Adduction
    3 Point Squat Jump

    Toe Touches x 30
    Plank Frog Side Jumps x 15
    Knee-Toe-Knee-Back x 20 on each

    Squat R Arm Up / Squat L Arm Up
    Standard Merkin w Chest Adduction
    Bobby Hurleys

    R Side V Cruch
    Superman-Merkin w Chest Adduction
    L Side V Crunch

    Lunge Front – Lunge Back
    Wall Merkins

    We hit Mt. Doom with a mossey or 2 in between rounds.
