The morning kicked off with F3 principles, a you vs. you affirmation. 1 FNG, courtesy of Simmons, from the Cleveland metropolitan area by way of a Fremont.
It had been almost a year to the date since my last Q at Mt. Doom and about 8 months since my last post. Barely made it through the 5 principles, but I remembered how the Beatdown worked!
