Affectionately coined Mount Doom since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Weight training workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 60 minute beatdown.

The Thang:
Waterfall on the CURB:
10 of each, 9, 8, 7, 6, to 5:
• Curb Triceps pushups
• Heels on Curb Close Leg Squats
• Stump Huggers on curb (decline) (4-count)
• Drop Jump Squats off Curb (2 is 1)
• Wide Decline Merkin jump to narrow Merkin (2 is 1)
Run to bottom of hill – 3 burpees – Sprint up – Run down – Run backwards up in low position and no arm swing.
After we got o 5 of each rep we did a lap around NV (0.43 miles)
Lined back up and we worked back up from 5 starting at 6 reps of all previous exercises with no burpee and no backwards run. This time we did sets of 6 and 7 with runs b/w each exercise. Sets 8, 9 and 10 we did all sets with sprint at end of each round. Final round after 10 we ran down as a group and sprinted up as a group.
