“Follow the Farmer”
Q – Hedgehog
Pax (9) – Minnie, Sipe, Hedgehog, Pinewood, Tucky, Tupac, Mickey, Brita, Brute
F3 core principals
Warm ups – Butt kickers, Burpees
The Thang: Follow the Farmer
Three teams of 3
Cones in a line set approximately 40 yards apart
Cone #1 – Lt. Dans x 20
Cone #2 – Band overhead presses x 50
Cone #3 – BBSUP’s x 20
Cone #4 – Band seated rows x 50
Cone #5 – Merkins x 40
Cone #6 – run a lap around the school and back to cone #6
Start – one pax farmer carries two 60 lb dumbells or two 62 lb kettlebells or two 70 lb dumbells
the other 2 pax on the team bear crawl behind him to the next cone, complete the exercise together
then another pax farmer carries to the next cone, etc. (follow the farmer)
When the team returns to cone #6, they reverse the course and lunge walk behind the farmer instead of bear crawls
COT – countorama, nameorama, know the 6 (Brita), announcements, prayer intentions
