Affectionately coined Mount Doom since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Weight training workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 60 minute beatdown.

    QIC – Oz

    PAX (10) – Belding, Bagels, Chapo, Wild Sprayer, Irish Springs, Houdini, Ticket, Tupac, Mater, Oz

    – 5 core principles

    – Run Lap around Olander (1 mile)

    – Two Cones Set-up 50 yards apart

    o Run to cone & back after each exercise
     20 merkins
     20 lbc
     20 peter parkers (2 is 1)
     20 American Hammers
     20 plank jack shoulder taps
     10 Plank Twists
     20 wide merkins
     20 Klinger Kicks
     20 Hindu Squats
     20 Cross Arm Mountain Climbers (slow)
     90 second plank
    Mosey to new playground
    o High Knees
    o Side shuffle / flip other side
    o Jog

    Ticket as the “6”. Prayers for Brita, Klinger and Pixar.

    The Thang: Complete 4 rounds and then move to next rotation. Hill runs in between each.

    12 Derkins – feet on block

    15 Big boy sit-ups
    15 Leg raises
