    Warm-ups: 10 walk-out merkins, towel jumps x 1 minute, easy run around NV with 15 seconds sprint intervals

    Jam 80’s rock tunes out of the Block Rocker

    The Beatdown: Partner up
    (alternate between band hammer curls & hill runs with bear crawls at the bottom) total of 250 curls
    *wait for PAX in squat position
    (alternate between band overhead tricep extensions & hill runs with bear crawls at the bottom) total of 250 extensions
    *wait for PAX in squat position
    (alternate between band seated rows & hills runs with bear crawls at the bottom) total of 250 rows
    *wait for PAX in squat position
    (alternate between band plank holds & hill runs with bear crawls at the bottom) total 3 times each

    Strap a band around you and your partner (opposing resistance sprints 15 seconds on / 45 seconds off) x 6

    Circle up: everyone in high plank position until each person completes 3 tow touch merkins in rotation

    COT: Mr. Belding led the group with prayers going out to those dealing with mental health issues, opiod addiction and loss of friends and ill family members. A special prayer went out to those active, retired and deceased military personnel.

    Everyone was invited to Fowl & Fodder

    Thanks to the PAX for getting out of bed on a cold morning, braving the weather and pushing thru a tough workout!
