   PAX: Sideshow, Deuce, Bluto, Mr. Belding, Billy Bob, Dirty, Jake the Snake, Froman

   The Thang: 8 PAX circled up in the rain for a workout loosely based on on a Cadre Rooney ruck workout. Cadre Rooney is GORUCK Cadre who was recently diagnosed with pancreatic cancer.

   Ours was not a ruck workout, but the format was similar to his workout.

   YHC made some modifications along the way to accommodate for the rain and the slippery Mt Doom.

   Following the disclaimer, the PAX began what was to be a counter clockwise lap of NVHS. About 1/2 way, YHC spotted the overhang on the west side of the building. A great place to get in our reps, while keeping the tunes dry. We ducked under the shelter and began round one of many.

   Mountain Climbers, IC x 25 (50 reps)
   Air Squats x 25 IC
   Imperial Walkers, IC x 25 (50 reps)
   SSH, IC x25 (50 reps)

   Without pause, we ran back to the start for round 2, repeato.

   Immediately following round 2, Dirty volunteered to carry the speaker, and we ran back to the west side shelter for round 3. Repeato

   We continued to repeato for 3 more rounds at the overhang, with an out and back run after each round. After the last round on the west side, Dirty grabbed the speaker as we ran back to the start point.

   This round we took each exercise to failure. Belding led us in Mtn Climbers, YHC in squats, Sideshow in Imperial Walkers, and Dirty in some double time SSH.

   If my memory serves me correct, we went 8 rounds. Not including the extra reps taking us to failure, the PAX completed over 400 Mtn Climbers, 200 Squats, 400 Imperial Walkers, 400 Side Straddle Hops, and several 400 M runs. A leg day for sure.
