Affectionately coined Mount Doom since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Weight training workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 60 minute beatdown.

The Thang: The PAX Circled up at 0600 on damp June morning for the F3 principles, with the hope of beating the rain.
The PAX began a round of hill 21s with Burpee‘s at the bottom and big boy sit ups at the top of Mt Doom. The Q intended on crab walks down the hill and bearcrawls up the hill, but am quickly called an audible to change the crab walks the crawl bears. The PAX made it halfway through the first round before time expired.
The Q ended with a COT.
