F3’s Mission is: To plant, serve and grow men’s small workout groups, in order to reinvigorate male community leadership
• Free of charge;
• Open to all men;
• Held outdoor, rain or shine, heat or cold;
• Peer led in a rotating fashion by men who participate in the Workout, with no training or certification necessary;
• End with a Circle of Trust (the “COT”)
Starting off with some warmups – arm circles, side straddle hops.
Partner workout with a set of heavy dumbbells and light dumbbells. Person A lifts while person B runs to the stop sign and back. Person B takes the heavy weights and carries them to the corner of the building and back while person A continues the same lift with the lighter dumbbells. When person B returns, switch roles, then move on to the next exercise. The lifts are:
Shoulder press
Alt lunge
Close press to fly
American hammer
Curls
Sumo Squat
Plank-Rows
Single leg calf raise
Sit ups
Skull crusher
Workout ended with a CoT
