Northview High School (Faith Hill)

   On this glorious Monday, complete with a chilly rain, 14 Sylvania PAX members came to Faith Hill with a mission, to be better men. We all accomplished that goal this past Monday. Attending the beatdoown were – Ticket, Jeter, Juice, Poodle, Mikey, Hedgehog, Dirty, Minnie, Tidwell, Billy Bob, Mole, Sideshow, Extra Extra and Beaker.

   The workout was based on numbers from the OSU win over Xichigan, the workout included the following:
   Warm-up – 17 Side Stradle Hops and 17 Burpees
   Station 1 – 7 Horsey-Ups run the length of 7 parking spaces then do 7 plank jacks and return to the starting line. Repeat 7 times
   Station 2 – Run 101 yards do 10 merkins, run 101 yards do 10 merkins. Repeat until you’ve done 10 lengths of 101 yards and a total of 101 merkins.
   Station 2 – choose your own adventure, but for the PAX. We went around the circle, and each member chose an exercise for us to do 21 reps of. So we did 14 different exercises, each time doing 21.

   Announcements – Dirty is working on another volunteer opportunity for F3 to help feed the homeless on Saturdays.
