Affectionately coined Faith Hill since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Bootcamp style workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 45 minute beatdown.

Warmups were 20 SSH IC and 15 windmills IC
The Thang:
Mosey around the tree to the bottom of Faith Hill. The original plan was to do some running up and down the hill but the snow really put the kibosh on that plan. So we modified and started with some BOMBS at the bottom of the hill. Two cones were set up about 80 yards apart. We did two sets of the bombs at each end (10 burpees, run, 10 burpees, run 20 one arm plank jack, run, 20…you get it).
After BOMBS we did two rounds of half court of hell. We don’t have a basketball court so we used cones. First round was to do one merkin, bear crawl to the cone (about 20 yards away), two merkins, bear crawl back, 3 merkins up to 10 merkins. Round two was the same with jump squats and lunging in between cones.
We then proceeded up the hill for some Mary. Mary consisted of Klinger kicks x20 IC, hold a V-sit position while we go around the circle and everyone counts to 5, plank twists x20 IC, American hammers x20 IC, bicycles x25 IC and ended with a 2 minutes plank hold.
In the COT we prayed for Sipe’s wife, Houdini’s wife and Jeter.
