Affectionately coined Faith Hill since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Bootcamp style workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 45 minute beatdown.

“Change Up”
The idea for today was to give a different style beatdown with less body weight resistance movements and introducing faster movements requiring balance and coordination. I used the MMX workout from p90x3 for today’s beatdown. There was plenty of complaining, so it was good. We had 19 PAX in attendance. Mole was the Q for the day.
Jog to west side of school
Side Straddle Hops – 15 in cadence
Twist and pivot – on your own for 30 seconds
Arm circles – forward and back

Know the 6: Brute was the six today. He emphasized that he loves the brotherhood of F3, but that his favorite part of it is the faith component and he encouraged us to get to Friday Bible study.
Prayer Intentions: Tweety’s father (heart procedure), Bluto’s son (precautional test), Brute’s cousin (tubal pregnancy and in ICU).
