Affectionately coined Faith Hill since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Bootcamp style workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 45 minute beatdown.

Time under Tension
13 PAX made it out for a very cold and windy beatdown.
The idea for the day was a full body beatdown and to keep moving.
We started with a lap around the building at a quick pace for a warm up and then moved quickly into calisthenics. There were four rounds total.
Round 1: 16 compound merkins with 3 pulses at the bottom of each movement, 16 jumping lunges with 3 pulses at the bottom of each movement, 16 leg raises with 3 pulses at the bottom of each movement.
Round 2: 14 compound merkins with 3 pulses at the bottom of each movement, 14 jumping lunges with 3 pulses at the bottom of each movement, 14 leg raises with 3 pulses at the bottom of each movement.
Round 3: 12 compound merkins with 3 pulses at the bottom of each movement, 12 jumping lunges with 3 pulses at the bottom of each movement, 12 leg raises with 3 pulses at the bottom of each movement.
Round 4: 12 Over/Under merkins, 12 jump squats with 3 pulses at the bottom of each movement, 12 donkey kick throughs (like a donkey kick except one leg kicks to the front and alternates sides on the landing).
For the next phase of the beatdown, we took it to the hill. We paired off PAX and as one of the pair ran to the bottom of the hill and back, the other stayed up top and did a movement. There were three rounds of this, with each round lasting for one song.
Round one – Burpees (for the last minute of Whiskey in the Jar and all of Courtesy of the Red, White, and Blue.
Round Two – Big Boy Sit ups (to I Disappear)
Round Three – Double Diamond Jumps (to Tessie, which got our new 2nd F Q very excited).

Trapeze, who shared with the group that f3 helps get his days kicked off and on the days he comes out, he is generally in a better mood.
Prayer Intentions:
Three requests – all for kids battling an illness. We asked for healing and for God to let his light shine on each of these children and to watch over our families. We gave thanks for the group of men and for the opportunity to work together as we do every morning.
