    Beatdown was called Meet in the Middle. Respect to Diamond Rio song.

    Partner up and we met in b/w cones to delineate each side and have a middle. 1 pax would go to one end and do a core exercise I called out – 25 reps. The other partner ran the opposite way and did a weight based exercise until their partner was done with their core exercise. Then run to the middle and do 10 partner merkins and plank for the 6 and then go the opposite side. Would go down the line after each partner did each side.
    Core Exercises were: BB situps, Flutter Kicks, American Hammers, Stump Huggers, Plank Jack Shoulder Taps, Mtn Clumbers, Slaloms
    Opposite exercises were: Tri Dips on Bars, 25 lb (or 15 lb) Slam Balls, Heavy Rope, Farmer Carry overhead DB (30 lbs), Biceps Curls (25 lbs), Renegade Rows (20 lbs), Burpees, Sandbag Cleans w/Squat and slam (60 lb or 40 lb sandbag)

    Everyone hit each spot and we finished with cadence lead by YHC in 4 count merkins (20), klinger kicks (25), merkins (12), klinger kicks (14), merkins (7), klinger kicks (9), merkins (4), klinger kicks (4)

    All done we did over 160 partner merkins plus 86 at the end in cadence for a total of 246 merkins, 300+ reps for different core exercises, etc.

    Dr. nick was our 6 and great to have Brad Rucki – Funky Bunch posting at the rock they call Pride for his first beatdown!
