    -1 Partner runs down
    -1st Partner Inch Worms w/ push up
    -Run back to where partner 1 is and switch
    -25 Squats and finish with the 6 or plank.

    -1 Partner runs down
    -1st partner walking lunges
    -Run back to where partner 1 is and switch
    -25 Merkins and finish with the 6 or plank.

    Mid-Round ABC’s

    R3
    -Moving Imperial Walkers
    -5 Diamonds at the cone
    -Run back to where partner 1 is and switch
    -25 Big boys and finish with the 6 or plank. R4
    -Together
    -Both back pedal down
    -5 jump squats at cones
    -25 Merkins and finish with the 6 or plank.

    Hold leg extension (1 minute)

    -Run to yard line 2 burpees
    -Run to next yard line
