boot camp, Toledo

Boot camp style workout.

Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the playground equipment and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Executive Diner on Sylvania.

    Side startle hops and the windmill followed by a half lap around the park.
    The stations
    100lb sled pull
    Overhead log toss
    Log flip
    80lb farmer carrie
    100lb sled pull
    Overhead log press
    Large log running toss.
    Completed three rounds of station work with ab work at the end of each round.
    Final station was sawing logs with a two man saw.
