Boot camp style workout at the Shops at Fallen Timbers. Group will meet next to the movie theater. Easy access to the Wabash Cannonball Trail for some running or rucking. Also, plenty of blacktop to make use of, not to mention a little green space across from the theater.

    Q: Jimmy Dean

    After going over the mission of F3 and the 5 core principles, Mercy and YHC set off on our first mile of rucking. We took a sandbag that was over 50# for some extra credit.

    After our first mile, we stopped for the PT and did our reps before returning back to the Battlefield. We completed our objective in 47 minutes and had a little time to recover before the beatdown.

    COT, COR and NOR. In the COT, prayers were lifted up for Mercy’s house to sell.

    Always an honor to lead this group of men! Aye!

    THE THANG:

    The beatdown was GORUCK’s April Rucking Challenge, Day 5:

    Ruck 1 mile

    10 sets of the following:
    10 Russian Twists
    10 Pushups
    10 Overhead Squats

    Ruck 1 mile

    Q: Jimmy Dean

    After going over the mission of F3 and the 5 core principles, the PAX got to work. This was a last-minute Q for YHC so we recycled a beatdown led two weeks prior at the Oasis. This group proved to be a fantastically fit group of HIM and we completed the beatdown with 10 mintues.

    But, YHC was prepared and added in an extra credit round consisting of Route 66 and crawl bears back the 11 parking spaces to round off the beatdown.

    COT, COR and NOR. Our KT6 was Huffy. He shared how he had prayed for a group of men to work out with and get better with and how Jennay had EH’d him to his first post. He is grateful for the men and how he’s grown since joining.

    In the COT, prayers were lifted up for Mercy’s house to sell, those in the PAX who are injured or recovering and our troops and first responders.

    Always an honor to lead this group of men! Aye!
