Boot camp style workout at the Shops at Fallen Timbers. Group will meet next to the movie theater. Easy access to the Wabash Cannonball Trail for some running or rucking. Also, plenty of blacktop to make use of, not to mention a little green space across from the theater.

The Lion – Phase 1
We will be “LION” around on the ground to perform core exercise. Perform 50 reps of each then 50 Jump Ropes or SSH’s. Non stop for approx 20 mins
1.) Flutter Kicks (2 is 1)
2.) V-Ups
3.) Swimmers (2 is 1)
4.) LBCs
5.) Heal Touches (2 is 1)
6.) John Travoltas (25 per side)
7.) Hello Dolly’s

Repeato for approx 20 mins!

The weather was chilly, windy, and wet and it phased non of these men. This is a fun AO and I like finding new ways to use the unique features. Mad respect to Mercy, Chew Toy, Woodstock, and the other Maumee PAX for establishing this AO. It will be a staple in the F3 Toledo repertoire.
COR, NOR, COT, with the rain starting to pick up, YHC wanted to rip throgh the COT quickly, but the PAX have so many things going on this was a pipe dream. So we stood a while in the rain listening to all the opportunities for these men to lead in our community. Damn fine group to be associated with.
