18 Pax became better at the place where F3 Toledo began…the one and only The Fuse! QIC, Mailman set up 6 stations on the track. Mailman had everyone count off 1-4 then mosied to the track. Mailman gave a description of every station. The stations were as follows:
Station 1: 20 Ascending Gentlemen followed by an Ascending Gentlemen Indian Crawl across the wall. Then run a lap around the track.
Station 2: Wheelbarrow 50 yards, switch with your partner and go another 50 yards to a light pole. Turn around Repeato. Then run a lap around the track.
Station 3: 50 Big Boy Sit Ups, 50 American Hammers, 120 second plank. Then run around the track.
Station 4: 20 Jump Squats, 20 Burpees, 30 Imperial Walkers. Then run around the track.
Station 5: 10 Around the Worlds (4 is 1), 30 Hand Release Merkins, 50 Squats. Then run around the track.
Station 6: Die Hard Round: Whoever is the oldest in the group that is the number of merkins you are tasked with, whoever is the youngest in the group that is the number of burpees you are tasked with.
Goose was the six and spoke about how F3 has impacted his life. He said that he likes the accountability. He received the name Goose because he is an airline pilot.
Brad was our FNG, he used to swim with Beaker as a kid so we named him Speedo.
COT we prayed for us all to be better husbands, fathers, brothers, and sons. We thanked God for a beautiful day and for the chance we have to better ourselves.
