On 3-16, we celebrated some great 3:16s from the Bible including the most famous: John 3:16. 5 stations had 3 exercises with 16 reps. Made it through 2 rounds split up by a lap around the school with 3 stops, 16 reps each.

    Station 1:
    Merkins
    Big Boys
    Burpees
For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. – John 3:16

    Station 2:
    Block Merkins (2is1)
    Block American Hammers (1is1)
    Deadlifts
John answered them all, “I baptize you with water. But one who is more powerful than I will come, the straps of whose sandals I am not worthy to untie. He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and fire.” –Luke 3:16

    Station 3:
    Carolina Dry Docks
    Crunchy Frogs
    Lt. Dans (2is1)
As soon as Jesus was baptized, he went up out of the water. At that moment heaven was opened, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove and alighting on him. –Matthew 3:16

    Station 4:
    Kettle bell swings
Block crunches (hold for 1 second)
    Block shoulder presses
Don’t you know that you yourselves are God’s temple and that God’s Spirit dwells in your midst? – 1 Corinthians 3:16

    Station 5
    Diamond Merkins
    American Hammers (2is1)
    Squat Jumps
This is how we know what love is: Jesus Christ laid down his life for us. And we ought to lay down our lives for our brothers and sisters. – 1John 3:16
