March 23rd, 2022 Spring Break Prep Beatdown
Pax: Prime, Brute, Honeymoon, Mole, GasMan, BooBoo, Juice
Q: Juice
Station 1: Mountain Climbers- 20 reps (2 is 1), Pickle Pounders- 15 reps, Stump Huggers- 10 reps
Station: 2 Side Pounders (obliques) – 20 reps (10 on each side), American Hammers- 15 reps (2 is 1), Toe Touches- 10 (2 is 1)
Station: 3 LBC’s- 20 reps, Freddy Mercurys- 15 reps (2 is 1), Crunchy Frogs- 10 reps
Station: 4 Partner Leg Throws- 10 reps, Partner Plank Pushes- 10 reps (each partner)
Station: 5 Heels to Heaven- 20 reps, Superman- 15 reps, Big Boy Sit Ups- 10 reps
Station: 6 Flutter Kicks- 20 reps (2 is 1), Broken Wheelbarrow- 10 reps (each partner)
Lunge in between straight away stations, run in between curved stations. After 6 stations, run 1 lap around the track, then repeato!
