Bootcamp style workout that uses the track, plenty of open grass, and a large parking lot. Meet at the basketball courts!
Started off with 5 core principles, then did 20 SSH in cadence.
The beatdown. 17 of us stood in a circle for a Tabata style workout, 40 seconds on and 20 seconds of rest. A member of the PAX went to the center of the circle where there was a bowl with a deck of cards in it. Each card represented a exercise and it was called out by the member of the PAX that selected it. We did ten rounds, then a lap around the school, then another ten and a lap, then another ten and we finished with:
50 LBCs, 30 Klinger kicks (in cadence), and 20 Mountain Climbers (in cadence). The card values were as follows:
