After a quick intro of core principles we headed behind the school for 50 yards of reverse ladder fun. Each yardline 50-5 had a move with the corresponding number of reps equal to the yard line. They were, 50 SSH 45 Klinger kicks (2 is 1), 40 wide merkins, 35 LBC, 30 bonnie blair (1 is 1), 25 mountain climber (2 is 1), 20 jump squats, 15 diamond merkins, 10 Lt. Dans, 5 burpees
Pax started at goal line and ran to 50, performed 50 SSH, back to goal
Back to 50 for 50 SSH, then to 45 for klinger kicks, back to goal
Back to 50, then 45, then 40, back to goal
Repeat this until all are completed.
No one finished. We wrapped up with Burpees and Lt. Dans in cadence.
It was cold and wet and sucked. Credit to Chew Toy who came us with this workout and I modified it.
Count was 14.
Klinger was a great 6 and talked about getting out of what you put into F3.
