We started with 2 reps of each movement and added 2 reps every 200M. We ended up going up to 10 reps then back down to 2 reps. We went around the track 5 times.
Then we counted off by 4s and did ab work for 5 min with our groups. Mailman said to go around and everyone leads their favorite ab workout, 20 reps.
