7. KB ½ Crush Press (45 or 35 lb KB – Minnie KB)
8. Pull Sled – Bullock
9. 20 lb KB squats to press

11. Bear Crawl – 15 lb Dumbbells

14. Superman Holds w/ 15 lb med ball (count to 5)

After 1 round circled up and did 5 SSH, 3 burpees, 5 SSH, 6 burpees, 5 SSH, 9 burpees – all twice then a final 3 burpees for 39 burpees for Min’s bday. finished beatdown with 39 merkins after we did a second round of everything above.
