Bootcamp style workout that uses the track, plenty of open grass, and a large parking lot. Meet at the basketball courts!

    -SSH, high knees, butt kicks; karaoke

    Count off 1’s & 2’s; each end:

    Start at opposite ends of the track, do 15 reps of the exercise run the hill, perform 10 reps of same exercise run next hill, 5 reps, last hill. Alternate burpee broad jump / bear crawl back to each light pole and move on to the next exercise.
    15-10-5 after each hill for each exercise:
    Merkins;
    Big Boy
    Lieutenant Dan;
    Mike Tysons
    Flutter kicks (2 is 1);
    Air Squat
    Carolina Dry Dock
    Nolan Ryan
    Jump Squat
    LBC’s
    Calf Raises

    Pax came out strong today and overcame so wet grass to persevere!
