   This morning 20 Paxs posted for the push/pull workout. Hustle, Colonel, Modell, Mr Belding, Kitty, Ollie, Dauber, Rose, Sideshow, Ozzie, Brute, Cogsworth, Pixar, Hacksaw, Mailman, Scrooge, Jimmy Dean, Worm, Glitch, & Sipe.

   First everyone picked a number of pull ups and push ups they would do throughout the workout. The key was to choose wisely.

   The first round was regular pull ups and wide push ups – repeat.

   Second round was chin ups and military push ups – repeat.

   Third round was close grip pull ups and diamond push ups – repeat.

   Fourth round was vaulter pull ups an staggered hands push ups – repeat switching hands the other way.

   Fifth round was one pull up – any style and one burpie. This was for your combined number divided by two.

   Sixth and final round was a 2 minute burnout 3 pull ups, 5 push ups – repeat until time expires.

   We had intentions for animals dad, romano’s wife, bluto’s dad and more that I should have recorded.

   The prayer was for us to be leaders as men.
